Interim payment
Dear all,
as you know we are awaiting the next payment from the EU. For this I wanted to remind you of the conditions for paying the next installment to your institutions that we have agreed upon in our consortium agreement. In our last General Assembly we have changed the rule and abolished the splitting up into two rates (M12 and M24), so there is only one rate left for the second installment.
So this is the actual valid agreement:

I kindly ask you to fill in the table posted below with the numbers from your institution in order to get an overview on the actual status of our project budget and to be able to transfer the interim payment. Please also state whether you will have a cost intensive phase approaching (there is a field at the lower end of the table).
The table also contains information about the amount of the interim payment, the amount of the threshold (75 % of the first interim payment) and other important info.
DEADLINE: 20 November 2017
If we don't get a reply in time we will only be able to transfer the money at the next time possible which will be in the end of January.

As you do not transfer any money to us in Switerland I supposed I do not need to complete the sheet. Am I wrong?

you are right. You have of course to follow your own financing rules. Maybe the table is interesting for you and/or Julia and it might also be interesting for your own monitoring, but this is up to you of course. By the end of the project you will have to report the costs to the EU again, I am afraid.
