TRACES+CoHERE Joint Conference_Organization

Dear TRACErS,
Hope this finds you well. This is just a reminder about some issues related to TRACES+CoHERE joint conference:
-          If you want to invite some external guests, please make sure that their attendance is registered via Eventbrite (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/critical-heritages-and-reflexive-europeanisation-registration-34534337132?utm-medium=discovery&utm-campaign=social&utm-content=attendeeshare&aff=esfb&utm-source=fb&utm-term=listing), because seats are quickly running out.
-          If you want to invite some special guests (roundtable participants, members of the ethical committee etc...), please mail me their names, surnames, affiliations, direct contacts, and reasons for the invitation. They are not asked to register their participations via Eventbrite.
-          On Sept. 28th there is a social dinner for the partners. Please, let us know if someone of the participants cannot attend the dinner.

Dears, just to clarify once more.

We have 3 different type of participants:

1) TRACES/CoHERE/UNREST partners: registration only via google doc - excel.
The participants list is available at:

>> 1 means attending and 0 mens non attending: please inform us about changes ASAP

2) INVITED GUESTS i.e. keynote, policymakers, members of ethical board, participants to the roundtable, etc.: registration only via google doc - excel.

3) SELF-REGISTERED i.e. conference attendees, everyone who is not included in the previous list and wants to participate to the conference. Attendance is free but registration is required. On Thursday 28 there will be a social dinner offered by the conference. TRACES/CoHERE and UNREST and INVITED GUESTS are invited to participate.
Please inform us as soon as possible and not later than friday 9th if you cannot attend the dinner.
Please tell us if your INVITED GUESTS will participate to the dinner.

Hello all, conventional email going out soon to get this properly organised.

But Agjala Kempinski is the new ethnographer for CCP4, phd student in Social Anthropology at the University of Edinburgh. She will be attending the midterm meeting and the Cohere conference and, I would assume, would be delighted to be invited to the dinner. She actually is now the 7th member of the CCP4 team, but otherwise by all means have her as "invited" guest.

Omg this looks amazing! What an interesting program what an effort it was so worth it and it is a great gift for us after the mtm conference to get such a wonderful conference and to be part of it! Thanks Sooo much wp6 for insisting on it!!!
