updated Timesheet template

Dear all,

I uploaded an updated timesheet on basecamp since for February the dates matched with 2016 instead of 2017. 

You will need the timesheets in order to find out how much time you spent on which workpackage. For an overview of the PMs we estimated per partner - and for the whole project duration - have a look here: https://3.basecamp.com/3355652/buckets/777928/uploads/137821458 .

Please also address me when you feel you are going to have a major mismatch to this estimation.
