Periodic Report - Deviations of Person Months

Dear Gisela, 

I have just been through all the sheets on PPortal with my Univ representative; 
As I have argued before, the tasks of CCP - do the research/ collaborate with WP/ prepare art intervention --> are not clearly divided /linked to specific  WP's in our agreement
It would be great if CCPs could get a similar  tasks enumeration that WPs have, with clear links to a given WP
Without that we are guessing -just as we did today
is the research in ethnographic museums a work/month for WP 5 or is is a preparation for exhibition, so WP1? or, since Wojtek is making photographs his work should be included into WP2 "Ethnographic research with art" or participatory co-production of WP1???

At some point the missing doc might backlash... 

So all in all, after careful examination of our practice, I would suggest the following list to task that our team has identified so far + distribution of work/months, the doc in attachment. I would appreciate if you could consult/make the scheme approved/  introduce changes etc
