Final financial reports
Dear TRACES partners,
the end of the project is approaching and thus also the final financial reporting, which is - as you probably already know - crucial, as the quality of the data delivered has an impact on the payment on the final installment, which is about 15 % of the overall sum we have been granted by the EU.
I include here also a link which is also mentioned in the comments below - a template for the preparation of the financial reports:

And here you can find a compact overview of what is needed in terms of reporting within the following months.
For the financial reports, please especially those from the Universities of

For the financial reports, please especially those from the Universities of
- Berlin
- Oslo and
- Milano
(besides Klagenfurt of course) be aware that you have to bring a Certificate on the financial statements in time. These have to be uploaded as a pdf before the end of April.

Yes, so the final report on TRACES is approaching. Thank you for the chart; it’s very helpful to get an overview like this. Is the PART B to be submitted to you within 28 February (or 31 January)? Will you circulate the template that was used for the interim report? (Sorry if I have misunderstood anything).
For our part here at UiO, the GLOBAL TRACES conference is also approaching fast. It will take place 7 – 8 February and 110 researchers will participate. Looking very much forward to that.

All of the reports only have to be submitted to the EU by the end of April. Are you also involved in the technical (= scientific) reporting? All of the reports have to be delivered by the end of April, but this is sort of an absolute deadline and I have to collect and collate all the different single reports in the meantime - which takes a lot of time and energy ;).

I fully understand the amount of work you're up against, so to set an early internal deadline is sensible. I will start to look at this with our economy department next week. Thanks for the template!
Yes, I'm also responsible for the scientific report. I will start this work together with the PI when he's back from Milan (next week I think).

please upload your financial statements until the 29th of March 2019! Thus we can have a common look at them already before and will hopefully get the final payment a bit earlier ;-)!
